HOW TO ORDER
Since you are not buying an off-the-shelf product, each ordering process begins the same way: by speaking directly with the customer.
We recommend you first review our specs, and price lists to review your options and contact us by email with your inquiry at: info@nmcustomdrums.com
In a rush? You can reach us at (613) 267-5961 and ask to speak directly to Nathan. There is someone present and working every day (including weekends) from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (EST). Still, if the machinery is running, or there are performers trying out drums in the studio, you may get the answering machine. Leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We recognize that your time is important, and if you are picking up long distance charges even more so. For customers in Canada and the United States, ask us to return your phone call. We will be only to glad to immediately call you back to discuss your drumming needs on our dollar.
Payment:
- Once your inquiry has been agreed upon, we require 50% of the total base price of your setup and the total cost of all upgrades. The remaining balance (plus shipping & handling costs) is due prior to the shipping date.

- Money Order & Bank Cheques made out to:
